Before your initial visit, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork and complete a health questionnaire. Your physician will discuss medical history, perform a physical exam, evaluate, and analyze your reported symptoms. All of these diagnostic tools and techniques are part of the expert care we give to our patients as we work with them to understand and treat, not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes of their issues.
